Making it 4 or 5 raids a week aint a problem for me, but I don't want the raid to keep on until 00.00 or even longer than that. Even though I am unemployed for the moment I still want to go to bed around 00.00 ^^

I played with La Familia in 4.2 and when 4.3 came out I heard that the guild leader quitted wow because of some wipes, not sure about it though. Anyway since he left the guild were divided and I took a short break from WoW after that happend. And now I'm back after christmas and new years eve and hungry for some raiding again.

With La Familia I downed whole FL and a few in HC aswell, the rest of them I let another healer do.

It was created over a year ago really but I only leveled it to 85 and never touched it since the middle of 4.2.

I am keeping my bags filled with Fortune Cookies & Draconic Mind and move to the raid whenever it's about 10-15 minutes left until the raid starts

Please explaine your playstyle(Rotation / Prio list):
Single: Starting out by casting Moonfire & Insect Swarm and Starsurge. Keeping the DoTs up all the time. Then casting Wrath until I reach Lunar buff, after that I cast Starfire until I get solar buff and then I start over casting Wrath again and casting Starsurge as soon as it's ready at all time.
AoE: I put out 3 Mushrooms and detonates them, then I use Starfall. Then I start casting Moonfire on the enemies and if they arent that many I cast Insect Swarm on them aswell.

What do you think is important for maintaining a good guild and how do you approach this?:
No bullying, members sharing ideas on how everyone in the guild could get as close to the best as possible, motivate eachother, letting please know whenever they did a good job.
Why do you want to join Ascension?:
I'm looking for a guild that can keep up with what I am trying to reach, killing 8/8 HC asap
