Previous Guilds - Why did you leave? go into details!:
Infinite Cooldown - My main account got hacked before cata was released.
Alternate Reality - The leader had something against me, the core members liked me though.
Nihilum - It was going quite good untill i got invited to Terrace of endless springs, I haven't been there before, i do know tactics from videos and such. Anyhow i asked how they are encountering the boss to make sure i won't be failing, Raid leader was in a bad mood i guess, and boom in the middle of a trash pull for the first boss i got randomly guild kicked.

Vanila:

AQ40 - Cleared.

TBC: Everything but Kil'jaeden cleared while being content.

Wotlk: Everything but LK 25 hc cleared during content.

Cataclysm:

BwD - 5/6 HC
BoT - 2/4 HC
ToTfw - 1/2 HC

FL - 6/7 HC prenerf, Rag hc on nerf.

DS - 8/8 HC (5% nerf)

MoP:

MSV - 4/6 HC (Tried both elegon and will)
HoF - 4/6 HC (First boss missing but i wiped many times on low HP)
Endless Springs - 0/4

How do you prepare for raids?: Several stacks of flasks, 300 stat foods, potions. I make sure i know fights in and out whenever new bosses release. I usualy raid on the PTR to explore new content faster.

Do you know anyone in the guild? Nope.

As affli i focus alot on uptimes in percentages, procs and cooldowns.
I time my haunts so that i dont waste haunts when either having to switch target before haunts duration runs out or if i do not have any procs up.
I clip my MG before the last tick because the last tick is somewhat slower to trigger due to even very low latency.
I am reforging - Hit to 15.00%. As close to 4717 haste as possible for extra Corr ticks aka more soul shard procs.

How do you keep updated on your class changes and theory crafting?: I use Simcraft everytime i get a new loot piece to uptimize my character maximum.
Otherwise i discuss with other warlocks on MMOchamp.

What do you think is important for main taining a good guild and how do you approach this?:
Having a trustworthy and stable/attending and most importanly skilled and dedicated roster is ofcourse important. Experienced raid leading is also a big plus.

Why do you want to join Anguish?: I got tired of raiding deadly hardcore. In nihilum i had that feeling if i fail 1 time the whole world will know me as a noob. so i decided not to apply to a top 100 guild but atleast a good guild with a relaxed roster.

These logs are quite old.. I am performing alot better now as i am quite alot better geared.

I would like to ask you a quick question.

You mentioned that you have 4/6hc in HoF where your progress shows that you killed 2 bosses on heroic in HoF..

Thanks for the application, we`ll have an answer as soon as possible.

However, how come you killed off Deathwing heroic with 5% debuff, when I checked your armory and you have killed him on 03/04/2012, which means you killed him off with the 15% debuff. Also you were hacked on your hunter you swapped guilds basically, why did you leave Infinte Cooldown ( presuming if you were a valued member of that guild they would have accepted keeping you, even if you re-rolled).

I started again on sylvanas as i had alot of irl friends there. About the DS maybe i am completely wrong about when i killed him.

About HoF. I mentioned that i did not kill first boss and i forgot to mention its the same princip with garalon.
